How much does SharkProp cost?

There are two plans. Standard: €500/month, direct subscription via Stripe, unlimited agents with no extra charges. Whitelabel: on request, for brokerages that want a custom domain, an independent visual identity and a contractual SLA. Both include assisted migration and human support in Portuguese. + VAT.

Does it work with my current lead database?

Yes. We bring your database across (Excel, Google Sheets or another CRM) at no extra cost. We map the fields, remove duplicates and keep the history. Normally takes 3 to 5 business days after you subscribe.

Which integrations are available?

WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook Lead Ads through the official Meta accounts, with WhatsApp, Instagram and email gathered in the same inbox. Google Calendar and Stripe for payments. To bring in leads from other sources, you import via CSV.

On servers in the European Union. GDPR-compliant. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM (with key rotation) and in transit with TLS 1.3. You can export everything in CSV or JSON at any time. Sub-processors listed at /legal/privacidade.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, in two formats. The web installs as an app on your phone without going through the App Store (PWA), everything synced with desktop. And there's a native app dedicated to the agent — leads, agenda, tasks, AI voice notes and notifications — built for those out in the field.

How long until the team is up and running?

The workspace is ready in 5 minutes. Migrating your database takes 3 to 5 business days. Training the team normally takes 1 to 2 weeks, with 1-on-1 sessions and connection to your Meta and Google accounts. When you need help later, you talk to the same team.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Cancel at any time on the Stripe portal, with no penalties or fees. Export all your data in CSV or JSON. No mandatory lock-ins. We want you to stay because it's worth it, not because you're stuck.
